Has anyone attempted to repair a 1/16'' to 1/8" deep groove/gash on a solid surface counter top?  Any Suggestion for a DIY'er would be appreciated.  Thanks

You can try to fill the gash with some matching adhesive.  If that won't work, you'll have to do a repair by cutting out the damaged area and putting in your repair.  For more information, call our shop and I can get you in touch with one of our fabricators.

You can put a 1/2 inch straight bit in a router, use a straight edge an route down a little bit deeper than the repair, then glue in a new half inch piece and sand it down
